Custom Orders



 Do you have an idea for your special event but can't find anything you like?  

Email me your request at designsbytiffanyduffy@outlook.com and I'd love to try to make your idea come to life! I've created custom card shower, birthday, and baby shower invitations and party supplies.  I've also designed business cards, stationery, and office supplies. I'm up for a challenge, so if you like my style, reach out! 

In your email, please include the following details: 

  • What product you are interested in (ie: 5x7 Flat Invitations)
  • Event Details (ie: Special Occasion, Date, Time) *You don't have to give any identifying information if you are not comfortable with that. I can create a loose template that you can edit with your own details. 
  • Artwork you're interested in (It can be an existing design that you want included, or you can commission a new piece - see below.)
How it works: 
  1. I'll read your email and consider your request. I will reply asap with any follow up questions.
  2. I will design your product on Zazzle.com. I will create a template that you can fully edit with your details (or you can give me the details and I can edit it for you). Any personal information will be kept private as I will create products that can only be accessed by a personal link that I will only share with you.
  3. I will send you links to the design(s) to make sure you are happy with them. I will adjust anything you don't love. 
  4. When you're happy, I will send you links to add the product(s) to your cart and purchase through Zazzle.com. 
  5. Wait for your lovely things to arrive! 
  6. If you can, post a photo and tag me @designsbytiffanyduffy on Instagram. Or send me a photo! I love to see your final product!
  7. If you're not happy with the production, contact Zazzle customer service. Unfortunately I have no control over anything but the design. Fortunately, in my experience, their quality has always been beyond satisfactory. And if there is any reason you need to return something, their return policy is amazing. (link below)
Details you should know: 
  • All purchases will be fulfilled on zazzle.com.  I am only the designer, so all production, payments, and shipping is out of my control. Please check with zazzle customer service if you have special shipping needs or other questions. *I will never see your personal or payment information.
  • Returns: Zazzle offers a very generous return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please return your items for a refund, account credit, or an exchange. Visit this link to read more.

About Design Fees:
  • Existing Art (Free): I receive a small percentage from Zazzle of the cost of your order.  I can offer my custom design services free because by using the specific links I send you, I will be paid an extra referral fee at no extra cost to you! This covers a design fee which I would otherwise have to charge. 
  • Commissions ($): If you are commissioning a new piece of art for your project, I will need to charge a small fee of 20$ payable by PayPal. (I retain all rights to this image and have the right to resell the image in my shop).  *If your request is beyond design-element art, for example a full page piece with background, I will charge a higher fee to be determined after considering how much time I will need to create it.

I hope this page cleared up any questions you may have about custom ordering!  It's a lot of words, but the process is simple! Make sure you have enough time before your event to accommodate the design period plus ordering and shipping!  I'd recommend a month or more ahead of your event!
